Packaging Labels
Project Brief
This project consisted of designing a series of beverage containers within a chosen theme of three’s - examples are Three Blind Mice, Three Stooges, Three Wise Monkeys. The beverage could be non/alcohic, cocktails, coffee, juice, or water—could be glass, carton, plastic bottles or cans.
The obective of this project was to effectively communicate the essence of a product within a given theme and develop the concept as a matching series. The purpose of this project was to understand the thematic components of each label as they work together as a trio and whole.

The final product
This project overall was the most difficult because of the concept of choosing a series and theme of three. For my project concept I chose birth, life, and death. I strayed away from the list of themes and made my own. The product I had in mind was an alcoholic becerage of wine or rum. The most difficult part of this process was sketching the skeletons and florals and stylizing them in illustrator. I also had a rough time looking for the perfect bottle for my prototype. Once I had my sketches done and bottles prepared I started to focus on the process of bring it all together and combining everything as a whole.
These photos were taken at the Japenese Tea Gardens in San Antonio, Tx.
Conclusion
In conclusion this project was the most difficult creative wise, but the most fun to experiment with. I feel as though I had many design inspirations and ideas that I had a tough time trying to pick one I thought would work well. This project taught me how to experiment with stylizations and combinations of colors. It was difficult for me to see the final process throughout the sketches because this was my first time making a 3 dimensional project. I can say that i enjoyed this project and the process It took to get the final product, I would definitetly do a project like this again in the future.
